Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order before it has been accepted or processed by the vendor. Once the order is confirmed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- The order was not delivered.
- The vendor cancelled the order.
- The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Vendor Responsibility
Products and services listed on ConnectLocal are provided by independent vendors. Refund approval may depend on vendor policies and verification of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by unavoidable circumstances
