Cancellation Policy

At ConnectLocal, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order or service booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for both customers and vendors.

Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before it has been accepted or processed by the vendor. Once the order has been confirmed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Service Cancellation
For booked services such as electrician, plumber, or other home services, customers can cancel the booking before the service provider starts the job. Late cancellations may incur a small service fee.

Vendor Cancellation
In rare cases, vendors or service providers may cancel an order due to product unavailability or other issues. In such situations, customers will be notified and any prepaid amount will be refunded.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
